In keeping with the spirit of the Island, the traditional Québecois seigneury was constructed over 150 years ago for comfort and self-sufficiency.(put in part of Doctor and Gross Ile) Two fireplaces, one of original fieldstone, are just part of its charm. With five bedrooms and additional accommodation, the lodge comfortably houses eight or more guesta. There is a staff annex as well as separate quarters within the house.
The seigneury outbuildings include an aluminum barn/storage/work center with specialized equipment, a concrete shed with two diesel generators, kennels, and a grain storage unit.
